We are Susa, creator of SusaFit, and Oly, and are both ACE Certified Personal Trainers. We specialize in: health management, weight loss, and client support. We are committed to working closely with you to determine if one-to-one classes, group training, or specialized programming is the right fit for you. Whether you’re new to exercising or an accomplished athlete, you will always feel welcomed, challenged, and supported in a non-judgement environment. We believe in lifting-up and never leaving-out. The hardest part is the first step. If you can do that and commit to showing up, we will guide you the rest of the way. You will always feel welcome and in the care of professionals who have your optimal health and lifestyle goals in mind.

All program enrolments start with a 3-month package, followed by month-by-month bookings if you choose (read our studio rules of engagement). We encourage this 3-month enrolment commitment, as it will allow us to determine an approach that is the optimal fit for you and we’ll start to see results.

Commit to 3-month of sessions as follows:
1 session per week for $80/month
2 sessions per week for $150/month
3 sessions per week for $195/month
Unlimited sessions for $215/month

PROMOTING LEAN MUSCLE MASS.

Focusing on building a stronger body will support a stronger, healthier mind, improved patience and clarity in your daily life. All SusaFit Programs incorporate strength and functional training – this means we do exercises that not only promote lean muscle mass, but also use movement patterns that mimic your daily activities to prevent injuries when you gardening carry your groceries etc.

FEATURED METHODS.

01. METABOLIC.

Metabolic Training is completing structural and compound exercises with little rest in between exercises in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout. {Tip: your metabolism (metabolic rate) is how many calories your body burns at rest}.

02. SANDBAGS.

The Ultimate Sandbag is the ONLY University Tested and PROVEN means of improving your fitness faster than other strength training tools! The Ultimate Sandbag was created to give you a phenomenal fitness experience in a short amount of time. No matter your starting point, our DVRT system will help you use the Ultimate Sandbag to reach YOUR fitness goals.

03. TRX.

Born in the Navy Seals, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.

04. KETTLEBELLS.

The ‘Kettlebell’ is a cast-iron or cast steel weight (resembling a cannonball with a handle) used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.
