Earlier in March we made the decision to temporarily close our physical space in order to do our part in flattening the curve of the COVID-19 virus. We realised that every challenge brings new opportunity, and here we have an amazing one to impact so many of you around the world by offering online classes. Now you can join us for a live workout class no matter where in the world you live!

All classes are completely suited for at-home workouts and can be done with just your own bodyweight or some household items to make it more challenging. Those cans with beans and milk jugs might just come in handy.

At Susafit, we always meet you at your level, so every section of the workout will be complete with exercise modifications and alternatives. We always ensure that a variety of abilities can all be working together and the workout is challenging for everyone at their level.

Classes run up to 60 minutes long and are a well-rounded combination of strength and cardio. We all do a warm-up and a cool-down before and after the class. If you miss a class, you can always find a recording of it on our Susafit Youtube Channel.
