Small-group training gives you the intimacy of a personal training session with the motivation of a like-minded group and shared costs. All Susafit programs incorporate strength and functional training - this means we select exercises that not only promote lean muscle mass, but also use movement patterns that mimic your daily activities to prevent injuries when you are gardening, carrying groceries, playing with your kids etc.....
