Small-Group Personal Training

Small-group training gives you the intimacy of a personal training session with the motivation of a like-minded group and shared costs. Benefit from the expertise of working with a trainer on a highly focussed workout that produces great results. All Susafit programs incorporate strength and functional training - this means we select exercises that not only promote lean muscle mass, but also use movement patterns that mimic your daily activities to prevent injuries when you are gardening, carrying groceries, playing with your kids etc.....

 METABOLIC TRAINING - is all about getting the "biggest bang for your buck". Metabolic training not only has the benefit of being fun and taking less time out of your day, but it also increses one's capacity for high-intensity exercise and enhances the ability to move mere functionally.

 SANDBAGSThe Ultimate Sandbag is the ONLY University Tested and PROVEN means of improving your fitness faster than other strength training tools! The Ultimate Sandbag was created to give you a phenomenal fitness experience in a short amount of time. No matter your starting point, our DVRT system will help you use the Ultimate Sandbag to reach YOUR fitness goals.

 TRXBorn in the Navy Seals, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.

 KETTLEBELLS - The ‘Kettlebell’ is a cast-iron or cast steel weight (resembling a cannonball with a handle) used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.

Online Classes

Our online classes are taught through Zoom. We will send the workout to you ahead of class, so you can you use it for reference if you need to. You will be able to see and hear the instructor clearly during the workout. We have a second instructor on standby to ensure your form is correct and if you have any questions during the class.
