What is SLIM Possible?

SLIM Possible is a 6-week program that is designed to help you become Stronger, Leaner, Inspired and Motivated by creating a healthy long-term relationship with whole foods and exercise that work for your Body.

Tired of quick “cleanses” and fad diets that over-promise and under-deliver? Tired of weight loss programs that help you lose weight, only to gain it back, and then some? Tired of contradictory information on how to lose weight?

[Don’t eat after 7pM! Don’t eat carbs! Don’t eat fat! Don’t eat bananas! Don’t eat potatoes! You have to fast for 16 hours per day! You need to exercise first thing in the morning!]

Our mission is to combat misinformation in the weight loss and fitness industry, provide real-life effective strategies for weight management, and improve long-term health and wellness so that you can be Stronger, Leaner, Inspired, and Motivated!

How Does it Work?

The SLIM Possible program combines personalized nutritional coaching and personalized fitness training with certified and experienced trainers.

Our program is tailored to your individual health goals and lifestyle. We work with you on an ongoing basis to help you practice the principles necessary to help you reach your goals.

Everyone who is interested in making positive changes to their health and wellness!

 

What makes it different?

The SLIM Possible program is different from other programs because it is:

  • Holistic – It takes into account your overall health, not just your weight (you are more than numbers on a scale)
  • Personalized – It is tailored to your starting point and your goals
  • Objective – It tracks objective measures aside from just your weight (including body composition, measurements and progress photos)
What does it include?
  • Training at the Susafit studio 3 x week.
  • A personalized training program which is designed with your fitness level and goals in mind. It is set up to progressively increase overload as you get stronger and leaner, to help you burn fat and gain muscle at the same time.
  • Bi-Weekly nutritional coaching with Susa and Oly to ensure you are set up with a nutritional plan that gets you results without unnecessary restrictions. We will monitor your body composition changes and progress to ensure you are reaching your goals.
What results can I expect?

While we cannot predict exactly how much weight you will lose, we are confident that weight loss will inevitably occur as a result of these lifestyle changes. We prefer to focus on inches lost, changes in clothing sizes and overall feeling of well-being rather than a number on a scale. Expect to feel Stronger, Leaner, Inspired and Motivated!

We will be with you every step of the way to help you stay on track and keep you accountable via scheduled weekly meetings. You will also be able to reach out to us directly any time with any questions or concerns. Basically, we are always here for you!

Our support also goes far beyond the 6 weeks of the program. You will learn to implement dietary and exercise plans that will help you continue your journey to your best self. We are here to help!
